Beyond our values, we also have a mindset of giving back. Our intention is to grow our market share in the Minneapolis area each year and to use our success in real estate to impact local communities. We do this by living out our trademark Changing Homes and Changing Lives. By 2028, with a team of nearly 30 members and 5+ leadership positions, we will help over 750 families Change Homes. In return, as a team, we will volunteer more than 750 hours per year to help Change Lives.
